Return policy

Class Registrations

All registration purchases are final.

  • All purchases are non-refundable.

    If you are not able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, I will allow two opportunities to reregister for a makeup class.

    Cancellations are only eligible for makeup classes if Allspark Hill LLC is notified prior to class start.

    In rare circumstances makeup classes are granted without prior cancellation.

  • Registration can be transferred to another person by emailing, texting or calling Myriam (786) 877 -8102 or via the form below.
    All transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are not final until confirmation is received.

    Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis only.

    Registration cannot be transferred to another class.

  • In case a course you are registered to is cancelled by Allspark Hill LLC or the host a refund or voucher for another class will be offered.

    Vouchers do not expire and are transferrable by contacting Allspark Hill LLC.

    Vouchers are valid for the full class cost up to one year after any price increase. After that the cost difference is due at registration. Allspark Hill LLC will inform anyone holding a voucher of such price increases in a timely manner.

Gift cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Physical Products

Standard Returns

The refund and returns policy lasts 40 days from shipment of product. If 40 days have passed since shipment, refunds cannot be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the safety of the shipped items..

Damaged Items

Should an item arrive damaged the same return period applies.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Allspark Hill LLC of the damage and follow advised steps to return the item at the cost of Allspark Hill LLC.

Refunds

You will be notified once the returned item is processed. A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Exchanges and store credit

If opting for an exchange (defective or damaged items only) or store credit Allspark Hill LLC will cover the cost of return shipping.
