Essentials in emergency preparedness for horse & livestock owners

Disaster Planning at Orleans fire station

$5 of every student’s tuition will be donated to the Orleans Fire Department for this event and all virtually held dates of this class for the remainder of the year.

Our animals are Family! keep them safe when disaster strikes!

Are you prepared for an emergency? Do you know what to do if you have to shelter in place? How do you evacuate with animals?

Last year made history when it came to wildfires, but we also saw extreme weather, hazardous material spills, active shooters & flooding emergencies.

Spend two hours in our Emergency Preparedness Course!
Covering Disasters, alert types, mapping out your property, essentials of your "Go Bag", nose to tail assessments of your livestock, identifying shock, what to have on hand for shelter in place, and more!
I will briefly touch on pet preparedness as well.

Course comes with a workbook for your planning and personal preparedness notes.

Get this course at a discounted rate of $50 if you take the Livestock Handling for First Responders course on September 28 or Equine Health & Emergency First Aid on September 29.
